Actually, if you use the Contact feature of Metacritic, you can ask them to review their score of an unscored review (which they assign a score to). If enough people tell them the review seems like an 80 or higher, they'll most likely change it if they see where we're coming from. We should each get in contact, as there was next to nothing negative in that New York Times review.

I already emailed them (on that editorial email). They didn't reply.

Let me explain myself: Your website says that NY times gave her a score of 70/100, whereas, if you carefully read their review (Which i suppose you already did), you'd see that their review is worth more than that.
