She was also at the height of her popularity when Born This Way was released. People were still talking about her on a daily basis. And she had a huge promotional platform from which to launch it. The song was hyped for months upon months, and the performance was hyped as well.
She's really not in the same place she was back then.
I'm not saying it won't happen. It's just not guaranteed.
