NO SHE DOES NOT!! her past two albums have been rushed and not worth a #1 ... when she takes a break to come back and give more meaningful material thats worth a crap, then she can get that #1, she has good songs, thats why she gets #1 singles, but she doesnt have good albums(sans Loud and GGGB) so no #1s there!! when she decides to make an album full of good songs not just 3 good single material and the rest fillers, then i would pray for her #1..
