Zedd's and Madeon's synths are quite different, I mean I'm sure they use some of the same synths, but their settings for those synths are vastly different. Zedd has more of a progressive sound, while Madeon does in fact use housey beats and stuff, his music is a bit more explorative in sound. While I love Madeon's sound and I think the song they do together will be great, I must say i'm quite excited for Zedd, because I just don't know what it would sound like. Their collab to me seems the most hit or miss.
