I don't think most expect the show to start until 9:30 or 10 even as first time concert goers. They know there's an opening act. I don't usually hear people complaining until a little after 10 in my expetience. That doesn't make a 10:30 to 11:30 opening time - especially the times closer to 11 - any more justifiable on a weekday. She is worth it, but that doen't make it justifiable. It's as simple as having a bit of consideration that some of these people have worked all day or need to work the next day.
