Clash resigns amid new allegations with underage boy.

Kevin Clash -- known as the voice of Elmo -- is facing NEW allegations that he had a sexual relationship with a SECOND underage boy ... TMZ has learned.

The accuser -- who is now in his 30s -- has filed a lawsuit against Clash ... claiming the two met on a gay phone chat line back in 1993 ... when the accuser was 15 years old and Clash was 32.

In the suit, the accuser reveals his name -- Cecil Singleton. His attorney also provided TMZ with a photo.

nothing really. They'll probably just shoot Elmo's world with a different puppeteer. they'll find another voice, if Clash didn't already have an understudy.

These people seem opportunistic and trashy. The fact that he resigned makes him look guilty though.

I know, and I'm the last person to blame a victim. But come on. He was seeking an older male out. He chose to meet up with him and do whatever happened afterward. When I was a minor, I was with a couple of people that were many years older than me, but I would never file a lawsuit against them (especially nearly 2 decades later :biblio) because I know that it was what I wanted at the time.

I could understand if he wanted to press charges or whatever a couple of years after it happened, but he waited way too long to do anything about it, and now it reeks of a cheap attempt to get rich.

Also, the fact that the first guy recanted makes me doubt this story. And how do we know that Kevin knew he was a minor? I've lied about my age, and I'm sure many people here have, too.

Well it turns out it wasn't even true they did have a relationship but not when he was 15.
