I think at least 1 of these could be classified as 'iconic'. It doesn't matter anyway. She's one of the most successful pop artists of the past decade and is more relevant and successful today than most of her peers that began at the same time as her....

Nobody has seen her Grammy performance outside of US? You guys are ignorant. I'm in Singapore and my friends, non P!nk fans, non pop fans actually, came up to me and said, WOW, P!nk killed it.

I'm not totally sure but I do predict that P!nk (like Beyoncé) will outlast most of her peers and stay making music and touring the world into old age.

It's already kinda starting to happen. As much as I love Britney, I don't see her doing music for much longer (unless she's forced to and I don't want that). As far as Xtina goes, who knows when her next big hit or successful tour will be.

So, if P!nk doesn't have any truly iconic moments now there will maybe be some in the future.

You summed it up perfectly. If she hadn't had that performance she wouldn't be selling this much now. People would have lost interest and somewhere down the road she would have probably started flopping. Instead, she's bigger than ever, she sold out her tour, her latest album is her first #1.
