The fact that you have to combine two of Gaga's eras to Adele's one says enough. 21 will go down as one of the most definitive eras ever, 21 will go down as one of the most definitive albums ever, and RITD and SLY will go down as two of the most definitive songs of our period. 21 did have impact. It's dumb to say otherwise.
