According to www.vanessa-hudgens.com, Vanessa will realease her sophmore album titled "Get It On" in mid 2008.
Vanessa is currently in the studio right now but said she wants to release her next album after she does another movie and further her acting career.
Vanessa's debut album V was certified gold in March of '07 and has sold a total of 450,000 copies as of April 2007. V features the hit singles "Come Back To Me" and "Say OK".
I really hope this is true cause I want a new album from her ASAP!!!
I kinda liked Vanessa's album and I completely didn't expect to. It's a bit too similar to Hilary Duff and the like but there are some good tracks on it.
How is Vanessa a flop?
Shes doing better than a lot of artist right now who are stuggling to get gold.
Plus if the rumors are true shes releasing another single, "Lets Dance" so I woulnt call V a flop.
And I know her second album will do much better if she puts more effort into it and makes it edgier than the first.
Shes OK, the album is good, and shes the better solo artist from HSM (the better sales and chart positions), people should give her a second oportunity if they dont like it at first..........
