Basically a major city anywhere in western Europe. Specifically either the UK, France, Germany, Denmark, Norway (the best place in the world in terms of human development), Sweden, The Netherlands, Iceland, Luxembourg, Austria or Switzerland. These countries along with Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Hong Kong, South Korea, Taiwan, and Singapore are much better than the US.
The only place in the US I would consider living in is NYC.
