Avril and rihanna to be honest.
Gaga has always stayed in the same vein of pop/electronic but she has experimented with other things as well, which is the only reason I didn't put her on my list.

Literally every Kelly Clarkson album sounds the exact same.

Beside her first two albums (which most rihanna fans I've met/known try to pretend not to exist)
I feel Loud = GGGB (expect for S&M because that song would have not fit GGGB era)
Rated R = TTT (both give me that edgy, but try hard look, even though me myself still listen to those albums, just being truly honest)
I haven't heard the new one fully so I don't wanna say **** when I don't know ****.

I can say she's beginning to progress more but not much as the one's listed

The OP clearly mentioned "since their debut" though. Don't try to come at Rihanna when we all know she's evolved more than any other pop singer. Even her vocals sound different on each song.
