Seriously, the season finally is going to be awesome! Have you guys heard of the Heroes spinoff coming next year?

With the success of Heroes, one of the recent bright spots for network NBC, it was not at all surprising to see the drama firmly entrenched in the Monday night primetime slot when NBC announced its fall lineup today.

What was a bit surprising, however, was a six-episode spin-off of the series titled Heroes: Origins. The show will run during the Heroes midseason break, says Reuters, and detail a brand new character each week.

The characters' fates will be in the hands of the viewers, as online voting will propel one of the half-dozen new "ordinary people with extraordinary powers" into the following season of Heroes as a regular cast member. The six episodes will bring the total number of Heroes episodes up to 30 for its second season.

This is one of my all time faves!

WOW. That is all I have to say. This is one of the best season finales I have ever seen in my life! A+++

PS: No spoilers here but I will say this:

1. Three Main Characters die.
2. It will all make sense (unlike 'Lost')
3. The final scene is the first scene of Season 2! F*CKIN' A MAN!!!

very disapointing finale. they were building on this Peter vs. Sylar showdown the whole season and it didn't deliver at all. very anticlimatic. the rest of the ep was also very slow. 5 Years Later was a much better episode.

and to Rayato, that childish dig at LOST was unnecessary and untrue seeing as LOST is at the best it's ever been at the moment. nice try though.

what I meant Oskar (if that is your real name) is that it answered most of the questions that the show set during the season unlike Lost that leave way too many questions unasked.

Keep in mind, I am a fan of Lost. It's just Heroes is more enjoyable and less frustrating.

it was amazing. all day today i kept thinking about it!

I did love the ending, when all the characters helped in the final battle, but wow, that episode was just action-packed, i just wished there werent many commercials, that put a damper on it, but other than that, it was amazing!

I wonder if most of the characters will be back? Probably not, but we grown to love them, its hard to see other people fit into the show.

I cannot wait until season 2 starts!
