Lavigne didn't get another WTH performance after Dick Clark's until the song had already begun its descent down the charts. Smile got 45 seconds on Britain's Got Talent and the America's Got Talent performance, which was well over two months after the release of the song, was too little too late. As for WYWH, all that promo came out months after its release.
And DEAD @ you listing Walmart and Macy's as promo. The only major platform she had was the MMVAs, and even that, like all the others, was far too late into the single's release.
Listing out those performances like it's all about quantity.

You need to factor in timing and the impact of the shows, almost all of which are B-list shows at best.
RCA has the worst sense of timing. They do bits of promo here and there but it has no effect because the song is usually dead by then.
