This "attitude problem" **** is ridiculous and has really tarnished Alex's public image. She needs to go to the US, but also to give her career a boost back home, a feature on a Rudimental single would be brilliant. Rudiemental seems to have a thing for soulful voices.

Yeah. I wondered when they'd come for her. We've never had sistas slaying like she did till late 2010 before. I could tell...DM hawked her in a way that was too damn suspect. They did it to Misha B with 'attitude' too. Poor girl just stood there and they throw disgusting hate at ha.

I want at least 3 midtempos and/or ballads as singles. She can SANG. She just needs to remind people cause...chile...this XF shade is annoying me now. Also leona is the only female to have US success and if Ella wins (which she will) simon will bring her there as the new Adele and that cannot happen. Alex is getting surpassed and with her talent, I aint a happy stan. She also needs songs where she's always singing. She's got a cracking voice when she's not obeying a strict arrangement:

I'm liking her new look, she looks nice and more natural. Curls suit her (remember the epic Hallelujah hair?).

Yess! She needs to look amazing, every single time. She can not give anyone an EXCUSE to say anything bad.

I think she should stick with the light-coloured hair, it suits her. PLUS, and this is a very controversial topic on ATRL but notice how some of the biggest black girls in the mainstream have light hair.

It sounds horrible but looking more "caucasian" may actually be of benefit to her in getting endorsements and that sort of thing. Look how even Beyonce (who is naturally quite light) was lightened for an ad.

It is truth tea though, it suits Alex. For a west indian, she has quite in light, light skin. Compare her stood side by side to Misha B from last year, and she is oddly enough, very eurocentric looking (that I suspect is from her indian grandfather). She has to be flawless. Mum taught me that (as I suspect yours did too) we can't be flawed, because they will come for us.
I think the light brown shade she has at the bottom of her new style would be great on her as a whole with blonde highlights for the US. But she gives me MJB vibes now hair wise. Alex needs to stand out, and if a weave does it, so it does.

I'll kick myself for not saving that bread and getting a meet and greet. At least she know knows. Let's PRAY that album is flawless cause I can't lose her. She is TOO damn talented. What other sista will have 1.2m copies of a single sold in a month in the UK? None.
She should have her XF styling back too. Sexy, yet classy.
