So what? DOMA is a federal imposition on States by making gay marriage distinctly inferior to straight marriage because Federal benefits are denied. States should be free to define marriage as they will and Federal policy should be uniform towards marriages as defined by States.

The biggest negative effect of DOMA is denying federal benefist for any marriage not between a man and a woman - this is clearly discriminatory against gay marriages, and its a policy the President should campaign to end.

Wow. People who earn a lot have to work hard. Welp. My mother was a nurse for a decade and I hardly saw her she worked so much, she even had to sleep in the nurses' quarters whilst earning jack ****. Doctors trained, they can damn well work.

There are also environmental issues the Romney supported that I did not agree with. He wanted to increase air pollution and endorsed fracking.

Also, you know what, who cares if you have to wait a couple of hours to get a surgery if it makes the system cheaper, more accessible to more people, and improves general life outcomes, as greater provisions of health care have done in all the other advanced rich nations that have socialized health care.
