well I don't think the snippets are "always" there and just not public cause when warrior went up for preorder, Luke tweeted that he was still mixing.

I found this too. I think when albums go up, the label has an option. Warrior seems to basically be a track-list only. Some labels choose to upload the album from the start so you can here snippets, and others closer to the release date. Then there are some that don't allow you to hear snippets until the album is actually released. What happened for TTAL and Lotus?
