IDK. My weight since leaving High School is basically the same and my eating habits are terrible but I always exercise a lot.

My metabolism is too fast. I ate mcdonalds everyday at work for a month and I couldn't gain any weight.

@ ppl complaining about having a fast metalboism. I would kill for a fast metabolism. And if you want to gain weight, eat protein and good fats along with weight training and conditioning.
