Jordin Sparks Deemed "Too Fat" To be An American Idol

HOW DUMB IS SOCIETY?
She is NOT fat. Ruben is fat, not Jordan. I also read there is even a petition up to strip her of her title becaue she is "too fat". I feel so bad for her.
I didn't really care for her at all, but this is such a double standard, seeing how Ruben is HUGE, Kelly Clarkson's weight has fluctuated as many times as the Earth revolves around the sun, and Taylor wasn't skinny last time i checked.
I feel bad for her because of the hipocrosy of the situation
She's not an outstanding singer by any means, but she is a very sweet girl and she does not deserve to be treated this way. I think she looks just fine at her weight, I really do. We NEED more celebrity women like her to just be modest enough to stay true to yourself and not feel forced to remain 15 pounds underweight just to fit in with a ridiculous, obsessive, and unhealthy trend.
This woman reminds me of a dumber version of Ann Coulter. I think Jordin looks great, she's nowhere near overweight. She's a little curvy, that's about all.
People like that nut job are probably the reason why so many people have eating disorders. I think she is damaging society by even bringing this up.
Has she not looked at previous idols? Kelly balloons constantly, Ruben is huge, Fantasia has gained quite a bit of weight, Carrie was a bit thicker when she was on Idol, and Hicks is nowhere near skinny. What is going on?
This is mostly coming from Fox News, I don't think I need to say anything else.
At the same time, Jordin is a tall 17 year old girl. Biologically, her body is still growing/going through puberty. Jordin is just fine + normal. And likely now that she is a celebrity and doing all sorts of activities which requires some sort of physical exertion, she'll be naturally dropping some weight. Then in time, I'm sure she'll eventually discover and pursue the need/desire to eat more nutritious food items in order to keep up with daily activities. (or if she + the managers think she needs to have a more slender image.)

EXACTLY Vithor. Jordin Sparks defeated Blake Lewis to begin with because she was more vocally talented. People are just retarded...although she is a bit overweight, she is only 17 and could easily lose the weight, which she doesn't even have a lot of to begin with.
