Jessie J has not made an impact on pop culture. She has not influenced other musicians in the way that legends like Madonna, Michael Jackson, David Bowie, among others have. Therefore, she is not iconic.

I could find many, many pictures like these for my fave and other artists I like sis. "Having a T shirt" doesn't make your fave iconic.

Iconic in music is the likes of Madonna's Like a Prayer, MJ's Thriller etc. You can't put Jessie J in that league.

Something can't be iconic "to you". It's not subjective. A recognizable image by a mass amount of people is iconic. It's not a descriptive word you can just use to describe something you like.

The statue of liberty is iconic. That is not up for debate. Your fave' hairstyle from 2008 is not.

Again nothing these pop girls do will ever become Iconc. Iconc is something like the Moon landing or the Berlin Wall being torn down. Not some pop tart acting like a skank.

Yes and no. You can be iconic in a particular genre or subculture of people and not iconic at all in the minds of the general public. Something that a pop girl does becomes truly iconic when people who are not big pop music fans still get the reference.

I live in the UK, always have done - she is not considered iconic. British consider the likes of The Beatles and David Bowie to be icons, sis.
