Nah.
Despite what people say, urban music does better in the charts in the UK. We've had quite a few urban songs going top 10 here this year (and some were really massive hits), but they've had none in the US for the past 6 months. Most of the urban songs that do well in the UK are from local artists though (mainly because the US artists don't usually release them here), but it's a similar style of music.
If only there was more promo to get closer to PSY's wig.
