Fillers are usually defined as songs that are used to fill up space on an album,
almost always in a bad way because they're not up to par with the singles.
The closest thing to a filler I can hear in any of Ke$ha's work is Backstabber or Boots N Boys.
However, I still love them both... so I don't really see them as fillers.
If you're saying a filler is anything non-single, then Kiss N Tell, Dinosaur, and The Harold Song are fillers.
I'd disagree, because they were put on the releases for a good reason.
