It was a VERY nice act on Shakira's part to have this free concert. She has been touring so much and for her to take out another day and perform for fans, and charge nothing for it, was a really kind thing to do.

no They Paid her i think it was 2 millions.... im preaty sure they made the money back with parking etc....and created temporary jobs too
