I had absolutely no idea people considered that J Lo dress iconic until I saw it mentioned on here, so I doubt I'm alone on that. Whereas the Meat Dress and the Swan Dress are easily identifiable and infamous.
With Marilyn/Audrey it's different because their poses/ensemble are iconic images, but the actual dresses are secondary. However, they're classic styles forever associated with them.
I'd say Geri Halliwell's union jack dress is one of most iconic, by the way.

Oh damn I forgot that.
I agree that the meat, Versace and swan dresses are infamous and controversial, but they are no way near as iconic as Marilyn or Audrey's dresses. If you walk into a cafe, it is very common to see pictures of the latter two on the walls. You would never hang up a pic of Gaga's meat dress in your cafe, even if it's a steakhouse.
I voted Audrey because her dress has had an undisputed impact in the fashion world. That dress started the whole 'LBD' thing, and the pearls and cigarette holder pose are renowned worldwide. With Marilyn it is more about the pose and not the dress. It was only memorable because no one showed that much leg in those days, so the old men were getting excited about it. Marilyn's dress didn't change the fashion industry; Audrey's did.
And these poses of Audrey's are arguably just as iconic as Marilyn's skirt-being-blown-up pose...
