I agree, not liking the radio edit. They should've done a pop edit of What You Want, since that song is a bit too heavy to get played on pop stations. Anyway, it looks like the single has been cancelled anyway, at least it actually did well in Trinidad last year (even though it wasn't an official single then).
I don't know why their label isn't treating their biggest act well. They were doing so well with their mini behind the scenes with MTV before their first single dropped and the next thing you know, their promos disappeared. They had 1 TV performance on the week the album dropped, 3 overall. Apart from WYW, their single releases have been a mess. My Heart is Broken was sent to radios last October 2011, but the video came out in February of this year. Then out of the blue they have "3" singles being released at almost the same time, Made of Stone and The Other Side were both sent to rock radios while Lost in Paradise was released in Europe & Australia, the band were just as confused as the fans when they were asked on one of their interviews regarding their current single(s).
I think it's best for the band to leave Wind Up, you'd think that an independent label would be more organized I guess not. Well, according to most fans they have a 3 album contract, so we'll see if they are staying with WU or going elsewhere after this album. Then again, I wonder what would happen to the Lillywhite Session if they were to change labels.....
The Change should have been a single, even Amy wanted it to be a single...
