Cassie turned 26 in August, Beyonce turned 31 in September. So if anything, Beyonce JUST turned 31.

Who cares if he is her boss? Are you serious? So they can't fall in love? It's not like that affects anything. And technically she wasn't even signed to Bad Boy Records when they first met since you're assuming they're dating since she was a teenager. Beyoncé said she was together with Jay-Z since she was 20, so it's the same thing with Cassie. Except Beyonce is 4 years older, wow, a lifetime.
