The visuals are nice, yes. But not nice enough to make me want to watch it again or enhance the song. But why do you say "Kelly could never"? All Rih did was show up, float in some water and walk around while badly lipping her song. Kelly would just need to hire a competent producer and someone that's great with visual effects. More like she would never, because she doesn't care enough, lol.
