I'm not feeling Gods & Monsters still. It's just so monotone and the bridge feels kind of sloppy.
I still think it could grow on me, but Body Electric is a lost cause. The production is so hypnotic but the vocal is annoyingly plain and the lyrics aren't strong enough to work without her really selling the vocal line. The version from KFOG >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I agree. I still LOVE "Gs&Ms" but I was playing tracks from the EP for my friend and it was kind of a mellow event, that song. But I'm expanding "American" stans around my world.

I'm telling you "American" will be huge for her! radio hit
But the songs on BTD objectively sound more similar to each other than the songs on Paradise.
Born To Die, Blue Jeans, Summertime Sadness, Radio, Without You, Dark Paradise, Carmen, and This Is What Makes Us Girls all are produced in exactly the same way with pretty similar vocals.. Every track on Paradise has something unique that the other's don't.
For me every song that you mention sounds unique. Kinda similar I can call only "Dark Paradise", "...Girls" and maybe "Without You".
Ok, maybe I need some time to get into "Paradise" because right now I think totally opposite from you .
