or maybe it's another short film for bel air and that's a promo for it...

Maybe it has nothing to do but Tropico is a trademark, maybe they make a film out it, happens before you know, don't act stupid
I checked imdb an there was nothing Tropico related, the wiki page was the only thing that showed up.
