In other words he is trying to say that the US is becoming more diverse than ever with hispanics causing white republican votes to be shut out. AKA "White Establishment"
I was listening to a couple conservative stations and they were talking about this today. They were saying how the US is gaining in immigration and creating a new America. Hispanics are growing in the US and voting for democrats which is a concern for the Republican party. Also young voters are becoming more liberal than ever which scares these people.
They blame this for the lost not that Romney was a terrible candidate. No matter they lost and Obama is the president!
@ him referring to healthcare and welfare as "stuff" as if those necessities are frivolous.
