Exactly. The only time I've been to a concert that's started 100% punctually was Britney's Femme Fatale Tour, other than that, I've never attended a concert that starts literally at the same time the ticket says.
The difference is that GaGa is coming right after the opening acts finished and the whole set is ready for her. Madonna sometimes isn't even in the building when Paul Oakenfold, Martin Solveig or whoever finished their sets.
I'm tired of those threads though, I love Madonna and I don't care...I waited each of her tours minimum an hour for her after the opening act (since the Re-Invention Tour) but she's the Queen of Pop so stop bitching!
That's what he is trying to say, that it's a common thing in concerts so we should ALL take seats and stop it with the 'lateness' threads every 2 seconds.

Uhm no, I have been to both concerts and while both tickets had a starting time of the opening act, Lady GaGa's opening acts started way earlier (6.30 PM) and Lady GaGa started at 8.30 PM, not long after the last opening act was finished. Madonna only had one opening act which started at 8PM and was finished before 9PM, Madonna did not come on stage after 10PM. When the doors were opened for Madonna's concert at 6PM, she was still rehearsing, but I don't think that should justify the act she started late.
