Some people are so ****ing stupid. I'm Chinese, Italian, English and Spanish and though I don't look that Chinese or have those stereotypical slant-style eyes that we are generalised for having, I still find it offensive when people make those kind of ignorant remarks.
Because people assume that all Far-East Asian people are ugly. I might end up becoming a racist and hating on those kind of hateful, ignorant people so they can see how they like it.
Let's face it, those people are no work of art either, so they should shut their mouths before one day they say the wrong thing to the wrong person and they get punched in the face.
What? Why? Saying that asians have slanted eyes is like saying that black people have curly hair. It's pretty much a fact. Well slanted is the wrong term anyway, most asians have an overfold on their eyes which makes it appear as if their eyes or of a more sharp and of a smaller size. If you feel upset when people say it, you have the wrong mentality. The only way you would be offended is if you think that looking asian is not looking attractive. There is nothing inherently bad about having "slanted" eyes. But sadly our definition of beauty is based around white people. And I'm sure just like a lot of people, you believe that the more visual connections you have with an average white person, the better.
