I think the fashion will overshadow her music. That being said, if Gaga is more focussed on making sustainable music on ARTPOP, then music will be more noteworthy.
It's funny how often you see people on ATRL posting that Gaga's fashion isn't iconic and that except for the meat dress, it has really made no impact because it's too try-hard and the general public can't relate to it. But yet, some of the same people say she'll be remembered for her fashion and not for her music.

She will be remembered for her costumes... doesn't mean that the actual costumes are all iconic.
Both. They are kind of inseparable. Just because she's known for her crazy outfits and iconic dresses doesn't mean people will completely forget her long string of hit records, particularly Bad Romance and Poker Face.
Of course her music will be remembered. She opened her career with 11 consecutive top 10 HITS that were all well-known and popular songs. Look at her Youtube views. Look at her record sales. Look at her Youtube views.
Lady Gaga is, and will continue to be, both a musical and cultural phenomenon. She will be remembered for both. And her success will (clearly) continue in both areas.
Her music is no better than - say - Kelly Clarkson's. No shade whatsoever, I love Kelly. It is just Kelly isn't lauded as a music genius like Gaga, when actually their music is very similar.

Both. But mostly her fashion. Like in 20 years, one of us will mention Lady Gaga to someone who(obviously)wasn't on here and they'll be like, "Oh that one with the weird get-ups,such as the meat dress? Yeah, I really liked...Oh what was it called again....Bad Romance? Yeah,I liked that song."
