Listen closely it's low quality. Go to 0:36 for best quality snippet. She confirmed it was a song called ARTPOP so it'll most defiantly be one one of the volumes of ARTPOP. She said it wasn't the first single in the little monsters chat, so ARTPOP isn't the lead single.
