It's kind of weird, because the performances are never in the iTunes Top 1000, but the original versions of the songs usually rise. I remember during the auditions when Jennel Garcia performed Grace Potter's "Paris (Ooh La La)", the original reached around the 40s on iTunes.
X-Factor is like American Idol. They have a deal with iTunes to not show how the songs are performing to be more fair during the voting process.
Alicia is climbing back up. The Kimmel performance really helped. Now the solo version is at #93 and the Nicki version is #15.
I have a feeling Girl on Fire will be used in some kind of Superbowl commercial idk why. I can see the scenario of someone literally being on fire (maybe from eating spicy doritos) and a fat man comes walking through screaming "this girl is on fireeee"
