I've worked at McDonalds, The Sushi Shop, Campus Crew, Imagine Theatres and now I'm at Tim Hortons.

The Sushi Shop and Campus Crew told me I should quit because they weren't going to give me hours, and Imagine Theatres harrassed me to the point I felt scared to even show up at work, I've had terrible luck with jobs.

I worked at McDonald's when I lived in Vancouver (in a small place called "White Rock"). My manager made me clean the restaurant when I'm not busy, and when I was done, she made me clean the kitchen. She was all like "I'm not paying you to stand around and do nothing" and I was like.......

When I worked at McDonalds, it was Easter Sunday - nobody was in the store and everything was cleaned/stocked/prepped and we were slowly waiting for our shift to end. I pulled out a magazine to read in the back quick and my manager blew up on me. Needless to say, I called head office and they gladly settled the issue for me.

Though, I'd take that job back if it meant moving back to Vancouver.

I've never been outside of Ontario in Canada.

Yes I've been to so many other countries.

Only been to BC / Alberta / and Sask. Been to more places in the US then here.

I highly recommend traveling to BC. It's seriously one of the most beautiful places in the world. I love driving through it. I lived in Vancouver for a year and half and absolutely loved it.

Even got to experience the crazy atmosphere which was the 2010 winter olympics.

I work at weed man Canada! If someone comes to your door trying to sell you fertilizer for your lawn, that's probably me. But I only work in Brampton, Mississauga and Etobicoke.

Considering there's 2 feet of snow outside, I don't think anyone's coming to my door to sell fertilizer anytime soon.

Does it pay well?

Actually we go door to door in the winter so we have our customers ahead of time. Then we start fertilizing right away in spring.

The pay is okay, cause you get commission and I'm good at it so it's all good. Plus there isn't much work so I like it.

I can't believe they don't have bagged milk anywhere else.

I've only ever seen milk in a bag once. At work.

Also, the sun FINALLY came out today. It was nice to be able to go outside with just a light jacket and feel the sun.

My milk is always bagged, I've never seen it anything but bags + cartons - cartons are usually for the people though who are in a rush.

I love Canada but the milk bag is just tacky

Only in Calgary will it be sunny with a not a single cloud, and still -27 with the damn wind chill.

17 degrees in Toronto Monday. Bah. I want normal winter back. I'm so freakin' jealous of the prairies right now. -27 is rough, but a nice -10 would be more than welcome here.
