Yesterday, the Country Music Awards aired on ABC. We have some highlights from rehearsal backstage. Kelly Clarkson and the Eli Young Band (both performers last night) were spotted enjoying Marble Slab Creamery and Great American Cookies at the CMA Talent Lounge. Kelly on her way to a last minute fitting, snuck in some mixing time and created her own birthday cake ice cream combination, noting that her stylist would not be thrilled with her Marble Slab Creamery indulgence.
Weren't they originally supposed to be in like August?
The blame lies solely on Kevin, Mzd, Addicted & Edge. Kevin because he's a flop in school and Mzd, Addicted and Edge because they can't even be bothered to vote. Three of the most prominent KC stans who are nominated for the most awards won't even take 2 minutes and send their votes
Reba did a chat today and someone asked her if she'd do fan requests like Kelly does...
Haha Reba's great, and it really is a testament to Kelly's talent that she can deliver such amazing covers at a day's notice (I'm currently listening to KC's incredible You & I cover ). I can't think of anybody else who is versatile enough to pull off fan request. It really is quite fortunate for us that Kelly loves all genres of music (except for death metal ), is versatile enough to pull them all off, and loves to cover songs. Fan request is one of the best things to ever happen to my music collection
I forgot, didn't her new show premiere tonight? I wonder if it was any good.
