SAT vs. ACT?
Which do you prefer? I took both, and my scores were nothing special, just above average. But I prefer ACT.
What about you?

The ACT is (well, when I took it in 2001/2002) easier.

ACT is easier, but I do the SAT because that's what most colleges prefer.

I only took the SAT, I suck at science
I got a 1990 on my SAT so I didn't have to worry about taking the ACT.

I hate how the SAT is structured and the overall nature of the questions, so I'm planning on taking the ACT.

ACT was so much easier for me. I have no clue why.

Science knowledge helped but that portion was literally reading comprehension. Very easy.

American College Testing. Primarily utilized in the midwest. I'm originally from Illinois and they make the entire state take it their junior year.

Yeah it's completely different in the US. Even their SATs aren't the same as ours.

I took the ACTs last weekend and the science/math portion both crucified me.
I didn't study but whatever, they were literally asking abstract algebra ****.

The ACTs are better but the timing killed me. And i like not losing points for getting a question wrong.

I've heard the ACT is easier, however since I took the SAT my pick will be biased considering I only took the latter.
