I'm so confused by this 777 tour. The rules make it seem like 2 people total get to go and travel, but RihannaDaily is making it seem like this contest is the only way to go. Even if the shows are intimate, wont there need to be like at least a hundred audience members? Or is it just gonna be for the two people?
