What strange things make you very, very anxious?

I just had a knock at my door...which I HATE! I find myself standing super still in my front hallway trying not to make a sound and hoping they don't know I'm in there...and then I realize I'm a full grown adult hiding in my own home with a locked door lol

I know, I know...weird. What strange things give you anxiety?

Seriously, it was so ****ing bad so everytime I'm alone in the dark and see a tree (lol this sounds so ****ing hilarious) I freak the **** out

Relationships and talking to guys, mostly because it's all new to me. I'll become more comfortable as time goes on.

Other than that, nothing makes me anxious.

I get nervous too wit my grown ass! Whoever is coming has my cell so if you dont call your not getting in and I dont give a hell if you see my car outside. My anxiety comes from my dad popping up all the time and just saying "open the door" me and my brothers would be mad cause that bitch was so mean and always wanted us to clean and study black history!! (i love black history btw just not shoved down my throat) . So now when people come to my house i freeze automatically lol. But then I snap and realize .. I dont gotta open no dam door...My father tried that **** last year tryna make me have flashbacks of a child..That ***** was left in the vestibule N im not Fckn playin!

Cuties make me nervous, N i get nervous at the barbershop when everyone is looking at me so i play in my phone and do extra deep breaths! lol..I believe weed caused my anxiety , I left that **** alone!
