Hmmm. In the girl's defense, if you are going to pose with that kind of fence, you generally wear a certain kind of clothing. She's not going to pose with a ball gown.

They do look SO similar though in their image, but to be fair, it is just hip hop fashion. Cher didn't invent it really. Lots of girls dress like that (although not that extreme, most don't have that much money lol).
Nelly Furtado did the fence-scratching thing in the Maneater video, and I'm sure tons of others have done it before aswell. It's a good look imo lol.
