Demi's song choices were pretty boring, but for me, Britney has done the most damage to her acts. She's literally making those poor girls be something they are not, and sing something they'd probably never sing if it were down to them. The mix of the two just isn't great.

LA's acts weren't interesting to begin with, and Simon has always been stubborn so I'll pay him no mind for now. If we don't include that horrendous name 1432 (or was it 1423?) he didn't do much harm to the groups that have potential.
