Guys I have 2 questions:
1) Why "Big fat bass" is underrated?
I mean I know the song is not perfect and it shouldn't be repeated IMO, but in the "Femme Fatale" album serves as one of the weird different unusual tracks in contrast with the rest of the album, the song itself is weird, the lyrics are unusual , its a very different track, is one of the weirdo tracks of "FF". for me is not the worst song of the album at all
2) Why "Femme Fatale" is underrated?
I know is not her best album, and I can't at the lyrical content LOL .... but I think Britney really experimented with new sounds (in contrast with her previous material) in this album, I mean you can't find similar songs like "HIAM" or "Inside out" in any other britney album, the use of pure dubstep was something new for her, there's also weird songs like "How I roll" and "Big fat bass", and the use of the flute in the folky "Criminal" was different for her as well, etc ..... I mean I do think the album offered something fresh for her career.
Since 2001 Britney's always been incorporing new sounds into her music with each album .... "Britney", "In the zone", "Blackout" and "Femme Fatale" offering something new ("for her") in each album...... "Circus" could be the only exception since it borrows from her previous albums but this was needed for a "Comeback".
