All this years after CIL peaked on charts and in countries where supposedly it was never relevant
CIL is classic and it's always placed way higher than Umbrella on whatever summary charts musical critics can think of.
BET performance of CIL was referenced in an opening of the show a year after, that's how much impact it had for the comunity. Her VMA's performance was way more remembered that any Umbrella live.
Uh-oh dance was a craze, even Oprah wanted to learn that. K-pop girls will not stop tributing it

Proof that ATRLers know nothing about the GP. (except the ones who voted for Umbrella)
I mean, there is nothing remotely iconic or memorable about Crazy In Love.
Stop pretending CIL is as iconic as Umbrella, BOMT, Price Tag etc because it is just not. Single Ladies however is a different story. Now that IS iconic.
Crazy in Love. #118 on RS's list of the 500 Greatest Songs of All Time and literally countless high rankings on Best of Decade lists. The other choice ain't never having that much power. Even tho it was released a mere 4 years later.
