I don't listen to the radio a whole lot, but I know that they play waaay too much Maroon 5 and Psy on pop stations.

It meets 2 of the 4 requirements, but I don't know how co-writes work exactly. Wikipedia says that 4 people wrote that song, and I feel -- though I don't know for sure -- that the majority of the song has to be written by a Canadian. It probably just misses the CanCon requirements.

At the same time, though, "This Kiss" doesn't need to meet CanCon requirements to get played on Canadian radio. It would just give radio stations more incentive to play it.
