Taylor moving 1.21 million copies is an amazing feat and should be commended. But let's be clear...if iTunes' "complete my album" function hadn't been broken on release day, it would have probably broken Britney's record.
The Britney stans need to keep it qt and not try to start any ****. It's kind of sad/pathetic that the Army is clinging to that 10+ year record, when we should be focused more on why Britney can't move those numbers now. Taylor has struck a chord with her fans in a way that many would kill to have. Don't knock her feat because someone eventually will do it. I'd rather it be someone Britney actually likes than anything.
So all the "#oop" and shady gifs/smilies will be uncalled for.

No one is being messy, just the people that stans for flops that are pressed about Britney and wanted Taylor to break the record.

This. The fanbases of certain other girls were on the edge of their seats waiting to drag Britney, even though they couldn't care less about Taylor. The only people who are actually keeping it classy are the Taylor stans themselves. Which is quite funny since their fave has completely trounced every single one of the other pop girls whose fans have been perched in the other thread all day.
Obviously great numbers, but I honestly am surprised she didn't do a little more. All the promo and the fact that she's basically pop now should've increased her numbers more I thought.
