I proposed 2 different ideas: 1)A rep system and 2) a ranking. I know what a rep system does.
Oh and you shouldn't read too much into the whole "It" girl ranking thing. As I stated earlier in the thread, it was a rough idea that came to mind as I was typing the thread... Literally less than 5 minutes.
