No. If she's written say 24 songs for the album, she'll release Volume 1 first with 12 songs, then later she'll release Volume 2 wi the other songs, instead of releasing one huge album. I like the idea a lot.

when i wrote born this way i was really attached to all the songs and their meaning. Artpop is more of a project experience like, each song means something to me whether or not it makes the record
