It was bad (he is my buddy as well), but it's not speaking merely about how the game works. Nobody knows whose member may be eliminated first, and to be honest, it's more predictable to know which members are going first when the elimination rounds are like the first one, so these kind of rounds will spice up things a little bit.
In addition, being the one deciding who to eliminate first has both advantages and disadvantages. For example, as a disadvantage, you can receive the whole karma power on you during the next round.
Don't worry guys. There will be more different kinds of elimination system. I just want to say that being the last ATRL member standing won't be easy.

Just as in other MC games I've seen, if the person collects 3 bottom-3 votes, s/he is automatically out of the game as well.
this shoulda been over by now!!
