Irene vs. Sandy: Which will be more memorable?
Irene targeted the same area last year that Sandy is targeting this year. Which storm will be more memorable overall after all is set and done?
I feel like Sandy is gonna be remembered more. We already have a twitter for her and a Spongebob reference.
But what do you think?

Even with hurricanes, somebody has to bring up local.

They're actually closing schools/evacuating people for Sandy. I don't think they did that for Irene
I wouldn't remember Irene though because I was on vacation in Florida when it hit NY
