Call me heartless because he has a medical disease but I could care less
He has a disease that affects his lifespan and he'll (sadly) be dying in the next few years so he's living his life to the fullest. I don't watch this dude either but just because you're jealous of someone's attention, doesn't mean you have to be rude about it.
